After graduating from the University of Guelph, Blaire started a construction company. An expert in scale ups and organic growth, he built the business to over 500 employees over 34 years. Completing projects across Canada, including the build of some of Canada’s most prestigious golf courses, he sold this group of companies to his partner in 2016 where the business still thrives today. He has since started a home building company and follows his passions of mentoring new businesses, building custom furniture and spending time with family and friends.
